Shipping

Currently, we ship exclusively through USPS.

Due to the nature of the product we sell, shipping internationally can put the lives of the insects at risk. To minimize this, we only ship within the Continental US.

Non-perishable items are shipped Monday - Friday.

For live insects, we will only ship on days when USPS can deliver them without holding the shipment over the weekend. 

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer a refund once an order has shipped.
